Covenants Clarification DRAFTS

The three draft documents were put together as initial concepts intended for feedback from the Watkins Farm Community. These were initiated as a request from community members present at the March 18, 2009 HOA Meeting as the top three items that require clarification within our covenants.





It is the HOA Boards intention to gather constructive feedback, further clarification and thoughts for potential further modification by the schedule listed below.
