Improving the *Community Appeal* of Watkins Farm.

Successful neighborhoods strike a balance between elements of continuity and individual homeowner expression. The goal is to create a pleasing environment for current residents and one that attracts prospective buyers. Currently, with multiple homes and multiple lots for sale, creating and maintaining this atmosphere is critical.
