Watkins Farm Involved Objectives:
1) Development of a common vision reducing community division and encouraging community participation.
2) Ensure that Watkins Farm exhibits a neighborhood appeal pleasing to both current and prospective residents.
3) Create a focus that puts community ahead of personal agenda.
We will focus our efforts on:
- **Community Clean-up Accomplishments
- **Uphold HOA Board Accountability and Action
- **Ensure Honest and Sound Financial Planning
- **Ensure Timely and Accurate Financial Reporting
- **Create Avenues for Honest and Open Communication
- **Uphold Covenant Enforcement and Accountability
- **Uphold and Ensure that the Governing Processes are Used and Followed
- **Encourage Suggestions and Action from the Community
