Watkins Farm Involved

Watkins Farm Community Topics:
1) Development of a common vision reducing community division and encouraging community participation.
2) Ensure that Watkins Farm exhibits a neighborhood appeal pleasing to both current and prospective residents.
3) Create a focus that puts community ahead of personal agenda.
The following procedures are to be followed by any Watkins Farm HOA homeowner(s) that have an issue with another Watkins Farm HOA homeowner(s).
Homeowners are expected to use the ‘Good Neighbor Policy’ and attempt to resolve the matter in a friendly, non-conflictive manner. If the issue is not resolved, the homeowner has the option of filing a Covenant Violation Form and submitting it to the Watkins Farm HOA Board for investigation and remedy.
** By selecting submit with your name, your name will be included on the covenant violation
** By selecting without your name your name will be replaced with ours
